I have moved with key moves a number of times and they have previously been very efficient. However we had to move last weekend - firstly they eventually arrived 1 hour late.Then they enterered and after perusing told us they had a problem, they had brought an 8 ton truck to move our little apartment and the security wouldnt let them through.
