I would like to file a compliant again Florida Power & Light Co because my lights were turned off due to not paying an additional security deposit. I move in an apartment downstairs and I paid FP&L $220.00 deposit for my lights. After living downstairs for 7 months an apartment in the same building became available upstairs so I moved upstairs.
