I ordered their "free" "no charges" trial period for 30 days. 1 minute later there appeared a double charge in my bank account. There is no phone number to call and their customer service chat people are not allowed to give you a phone number. I finally found a number through the Better Business Bureau. It took 5 more days for the "pending" charges to be deleted from my account. All the time the Magic Jack people sustained that these pending charges would not be taken out of my balance until after the trial period. But... read full review »
