My first clue was that the disclaimers make you agree to accepting the term that Magic jack can for any reason, and at any time discontinue their service without refund. I returned my first magic jack as i was unable to agree to those terms. I finally tried a second time. Had good service with device but when came time for renewal was only given 5 year option at 77 dollars. Well recalling the terms of service being.. We can cut you off any time for any reason...
