Have purchased and used a majic jack for for a few years, no major problems. last week my original MJ unit malfunctioned. I called MJ and was told my unit was out of warranty, so I purchased a new unit which I installed a few days after delivery. While I had the original MJ unit, purchased an international calling plan to be able to call my son in the military overseas. Everything worked fine until I installed the replacement unit. From that point on, I have unable to use the International calling service, even tho I still have a $15.88 credit... read full review »
