Direct TV charged me for a year for something I did not even have. TIVO. I tried to get a credit to my account, but that never happened. I decided if I am being charged I might as well have the equipment so I put in the order for tivo to be installed. I was given a date and an open window of time noon until four and that the technician would call twenty minutes out from appointment.
