I have used Norton Antivirus/Security for many years. I bought a new computer last summer. It came with McAfee on it. I called Symantec and asked how I would go about moving my Norton to the new computer since I had paid for a year. They acted like I was crazy and finally were to able to tell me how to do it. I decided to just keep the McAfee and not mess with the Norton. I received my credit card bill in September, and there was a charge for a one year renewal of Norton.
