I was scheduled to have a service between the hours of 1-5pm. around 3pm a technician called me and said that he will be the technician for the dryer and that there will be a seperate technician for the washer. He asked that I need to make sure there is a payment left since on his note it says that he needs to collect payment. I told him that when I scheduled my service I gave them my credit card for both my washer and dryer and that it's already showing on my statement online that my card has been charged.
