I have 2 Parakeet walkers from Planet Mobility. We like the walkers, but they came with missing parts. I have called for the past 2 months for the parts, and they promise to send them. So far, they haven't arrived. The second walker also arrived with no receipt or shipping papers. It was just packaged in a box. Their service is terrible. I would rather pay more to a business that provided better service than have to fight Planet Mobility. It's sad that they can't provide what they promise. read full review »
