I have attended Kaplan for almost two years. The first term went great, I guess because I was a new student. After the first term however, things began to go down hill. To this date I have never been able to actually speak with 'my' Financial Aid advisor, instead I have to wait on hold for close to an hour (52 minutes 13 seconds the last time I called) just to speak with a drone who can't answer any questions, has to send an email to someone else, and who will never follow up with you as they promise they will.
