I have a loyalty card for the Sorbet chain of nail and beauty stores. I accumulated enough points to be given a complimentary voucher for a 'Deluxe Mani and Pedi'. I booked this for Fri Sept 18th at 5pm. On Thursday 17th I was called by Laura to say that they could not accommodate this appointment & could I come Sat 19th at 2pm?
