Put in a complaint against a doctor, all negative marks and a detailed summary. Went to submit and the complaint is gone. I am guessing that like most complaint services anything negative is quickly trashed. So I redid the complaint and the exact same thing happened. Emailed vitals and they would not respond. Also, going to read the complaints and not all are available to be reviewd. Do not rely upon any info gained from vitals.com as it is sanitized and inaccurate. read full review »

I have Windstream broadband and was experiencing a noisy thus slow internet connection. Windstream tech came out to check Windstream's side of the line and found no problems. Windstream tech asked me if I would like for him to come inside to determine if there was a problem from within the home. I asked the tech if there would be a charge for him troubleshooting from within the home. Tech said yes there would be a charge if he came in to troubleshoot so I declined and the tech left. Quick summation: Aptitude of mechanic = amateur to below average Untrained in the proper application of torque wrenches, refused to torque the lug nuts in the required star pattern after two requests to do so, poor overall attitude. Professionalism of management = rock bottom Never received a, "sorry we damaged your car and put you out for several hours" comment from anyone at Byron Tire.
