Direct Tv has to have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Today I called to start service and let the lady know that I was not going to pay the $21.65 shipping charge and would not get service unless it was waived. She said that customer care would give me a $20 bill credit to take care of this fee however she would have to transfer me to the customer service center.
