I have been trying to get my home loan modification from Chase for over 4 months (before we fell behind). My fiance was out of work for 21 months and I also had reduced income. Everytime we submit documents (everything they ask for), they say that we are missing something or they need an updated doc. Now, after being 4 months behind and I got a better job and my fiance finally went back to work, they are making me re-submit the request. Now we will not qualify because we make too much.
