We paid off our auto loan when we traded our vehicle for another. Called Citi auto and made sure no more auto draft, account closed and an actual credit was there for over payment. Out of no where there is an auto draft from Santander after our account was closed. This is how we found out they now had our loan. They have been less then helpful. Might get money back in 35 to 45 days by mail, it's our fault for not calling them too.
