Hi, I have been a resident at The Willows for almost two years now. For the past two years, the water has been randomly shut off without any notice. My bathroom has flooded SEVERAL times and it took maintenance WEEKS to fix it. Why is that? Because the staff forgot to put the notice in. For the past two weeks, there has not been ANY hot water at all. For the past two days there has been NO water and NO notice.
