I bidded for some cars on their website and won one but at the end of the day, they claimed the insurance would not accept my bidded offer. I bidded several times later but each time I expect a customer representative to come forward and do the 'normal' negotiation with me but nothing was heard from the office. I called their office numbers 7185029842 and 7187154518 and also sent emails several times at no avail.
