July of 2009 I purchased an expensive digital camera from Camera Kings (a Canon 5D Mark II). The salesman at Camera Kings offered me an extended warranty for an additional cost - I think it was about 350 USD. I explained to the salesman that I lived in Mexico and would only purchase the warranty if offered door-to-door service because I did not want to deal with export/import issues and costs associated with sending a product to the US from Mexico.
