Had been a long-time customer. Placed 2 orders on Aug. 23, 2010. They received my full payment via electronic check, within 2 business days. They are currently using a new shipping service due to problems. It is now Sept. 20. NOTHING! I've been placing calls for 2 weeks. All I've been getting is excuse after excuse.
