For more than one year now, Magic Jack has promised land line number portability. I bought the Magic Jack with the expectation that my land line number would be or could be ported to Magic Jack only to find out, after I purchased the device and 5 years of service that it could not be ported --- they kept telling me, shortly, shortly, shortly. Well, in over a year, that time has not come. And now, they REFUSE to refund my money to me. Any of it.
