I purchased a Brother PQ1500s in February of this year. I tried free mation quilting with it in March. It would not free motion quilt. I emailed the company and told them Iwas having problems with this machine. They emailed me back with advice. In April of this year the tension spring broke. I emailed the company and they told me to send it in, which I did at MY expense. They sent it back, Two days later the spring broke again. I emailed the company.
