My daughter was approached on campus in 2006 she has some disabilities and is completely shy Sabrine jumped on this and talked her into this package. No contract was signed as she didn't have any money with her. I was told about this and called the person on the card to tell them she could not afford this and was disabled. I did request to see the contract which they faxed me.
