Bad customer service, I have been waiting for resolution with my request for 2 days now. After talking to 6 custoer service reps - nothing. No phone numbers to escalate a problem. All support are done in chat. Customer Service offer bad service and and theres nobody monitoring them. No checks and balances. They are free to do what they please and even say "Marykate: If you still insist regarding your issue, I might as well end this chat." DO NOT buy the product.
