They refuse to cancel my contract after they neglected to respond on alarms for 3 months. A new company investigate and they found the equipment not working. We asked chubb for cancelation and they demanded the full payment for the remainder of the contract. We still pay the monthly service fee although the antenna was taken out. I was informed that chubb could identify faulty equipment in the control centre remotely. read full review »
