I ordered an item on-line from the UK and selected the 3-5 days delivery service, for which I was charged the appropriate speedy delivery rate. The order was placed on Sept 29th! and to date I have not received my parcel. I order from this website regularly and have had plenty of joy when the items were delivered by DHL.
