DIsh Networks customer service and Technical support departments are pitiful. I have been a loyal customer for years . I switched to a new HD DVR with them and have had nothing but trouble . I am on the "FOURTH "DVR ( same type and same model ) and they are shocked everytime I call to state that it is having the same problems. After begging for them to do something to help me out - nope - nothing !! So I did what anyone would do SWITCHED SATELLITE COMPANIES ! Evidently, they no longer needed my business or my money. read full review »
