WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH VERIZON?! I had Verizon's bundle package for phone and cable, the rate was reasnoble BUT I couldn't wait till my contract ended. I ended up waisting hours and hours of my time dealing with Verizon--In a nutshell Verizon gets my highest score for incompetence, they cannot do anything right, and their cusomer service will just drive you insane. I would have gladly paid more money to avoid all that aggrivation. It's truly amazing how they have remained in business. read full review »
