When their office assured me they ran my benefits and all I was responsible for paying was $12 which I paid, I then received a bill for $60 because they were out of network. So, after 4 women telling me they did their jobs and assured me they checked my benefits. I was denied, as a consumer, my right to making an informed decision on who my eye doctor would be.
