WORST Company EVER!!! Don't use them if you have a choice of other companies. Hopefully you will be spared the aggravation and headaches, and just outright criminal thievery that COX seems to get away with. They are stealing from me by keeping my overpayment (and reducing it) that I have requested back on numerous occasions. I only use COX as an ISP, only because I don't have a choice of any other ISP.
