I purchased and paid for a kenmore washer and dryer the day AFTER Thanksgiving during a black friday sale. I was told that the appliances would not be in until Christmas. In January no appliances yet. Started sending e-mails to Sears, and received NO assistance or appliances. Finally was told by the store that we purchased them that they would arrive on February 17.
