I took a survey on 9-13-10 for 375 points; this was stated very clearly both in the email and within the survey itself, which I screen capped. Zero points were credited. In the only email response I received, I was told that I'd be credited *50* points, no explanation give. To this day, I have been credited ZERO points, and further emails to member support have been ignored. read full review »
