Total Horrible experience dealing with Bob's. Purchased Entertainment Wall Unit from Bob's for $1, 299. Installation upon delivery was incomplete and had a few defects in the tv console and glass front cabinet and missing pieces for shelving. Bob's "state of the art" delivery system is NOT only NOT state of the art, it is "state of incompetence".
