Here is the latest message I have sent to facebook after being disabled with no warning and for no reason since I have not violated any terms or conditions. Facebook doesnt provide its users with a useful means to contact them with any issues and doesnt communicate back with you when you do use their means. I have researched that there are hundreds and thousands of folks in the same boat as I am and this is poor customer service.
