On 9-30-10 our verizon DSL was very slow, We were having storms in the area, So waited till Saturday 10-3-10 to call verizon, asked if there was an outage in the area they said no.Were were told estimated time of Resolution 24 hrs and we would be called, Called Sunday 10-4-10, They said there was an outage in the area and could not fix the issue until the outage was cleared. they said they would escalate the ticket and we would be notified, (Spoke with neighbors who have verizon, they said they're internet was working fine) Called 10-5-10... read full review »
