I had vonage for 3 years (sice 2007) and had my device replaced in April '10 (the old one was not working). When i tried to cancel the service in oct 10, they charged me $90 for the device. The reason they gave me is if i have my device replaced i should retain their service for atleast one year to avoid the $90 fee. If i had known this i would have never got the device replaced. This company is totally bullshit. I had problem atleast once every couple of months making calls and on top of it they charge me for the device.
