I paid Cricket the amount due at the store and activated my phone, no problems. Then, the service was horrible because my phone did not have service for most of the one month I tried their plan. I canceled the plan because of poor phone service and they charged me one hundred dollars for something that was never explained. They sent a bill to me and I refused to pay it.
