Order was placed 29 days and the product has not been recieved. Several emails between myself and the company were made. They assured us that the merchandise would arrive soon. They sent two emails with two different delivery dates. After the second failed delivery I attempted to speak to an online customer service person. After several attemps i was able to communicate with one. They informed me that the dresses were not shipped. Which meant that both dresses would not arrive on time for my childrens homecoming. The company was quick to charge my account the day of the order September 15th but will not answer emails or send the product. read full review »
