i did a return for $952 at this store in simi valley, ca. i had all my receipts for this return and for some reason the head cashier named "neal" did not take a liking to me and soon as i left the store with my $952 store credit the head cashier deactivated my store credit card (which means he gave it a balance of $0) and then they told me i was not going to receive my merchandise back. what the fuck? read full review »
