I ordered a used childrens book for $0.25 in February and did not find out until October that the company had been charging me $9.95 a month for 7 months. That totals $69.65. When I Googled BBV Discount Book nothing but complaints and ripoff reports came up. I called the company and demanded a refund but they would only allow a refund of $19.90 for the past two months.
