Diet Max sells a trial bottle of their diet product for $4.95. In the fine print of their terms and conditions it says that you'll be charged for a subscription if you don't cancel within 10 days. The subscription is $87.13 a month. In our case, the product hadn't even arrived in the mail before the $87.13 charge appeared. Diet Max agreed to cancel any future billings, but under their terms, they don't have to refund the $87 charge. I called the credit card company and they said there was no option to dispute this charge since it was within the company's terms and conditions. Its obviously just a scam.
