I purchased a US Fidelis warranty in August of 2009 thinking that it would give me piece of mind. I first tried using this warranty in September of 2010 for a repair. Needless to say the repair was not covered by the warranty. My warranty is paid in full and when I asked about getting a refund I was told that they do not give refunds. I paid roughly $2, 200 for a 100, 000 mile warranty with a zero deductible and feel that I have basically been ripped off.
