This product is a major rip off! I wish I had looked into ALL the complaints about it before I trusted this company. Two days after the "supposed" warrantly ran out which was only 60 days, the iron stopped working. The flat iron turned off by itself and I could not turn it back on. When I called the company, the customer service representative said that I could send more money..a check or money order to have it replaced. Apparently this happens to many of the users.
