I bought a Black and Decker laser leveller. However, since the product was a professional and far beyond what I intended to use, I chose to return it within 30 days of the purchase. However, the store manager refused to return the laser leveler saying that it is a "Power Tool" and therefore not eligible for return. The manager also mentioned that my receipt specifically says "No returns on pwer tools unless defective or unopened" because the computer system will print that line only on receipts when a power tool was purchased... read full review »
