I submitted an order for Comcast service through Offerwire, and was promised a free modem with rebate as well as a rebate for ordering Comcast TV + Internet (double play). After a week with no modem arriving, I called to check on the status only to find out that my order had been cancelled. I spent many hours on the phone with different reps, and never was successful getting a supervisor on the phone.
