I've been dealing tih dish network for about a year now. Within a year's period, I've had at least 6 outages with my satellite cable. This last time that I called in, one of the representatives tell me that they will have to "mail" me another cable box, in which it would take at least 5 days to get to me... I've had WAY too many inconveniences with these people. On top of all of this, I don't feel like a "valued" customer when I have to prepay for a movie or cable services. This is ridiculous.
