Ebay confirmed, Ebay sent instructions, Ebay confirmed receipt of money and said item was being shipped all on Oct 19. No RV, no way to contact ebay by email, chat room, phone number and email to [email protected] have proven nil. He even represented himself as active duty military being sent to Afganistan and that was the reason for selling.
