I went to Publix yesterday and was purchasing some meat. First I noticed that the butcher was not wearing gloves to package the meat. I got his attention and on his way over to me he pushed a cart out of the way, closed a box and turn the pages of the pricing book and return to packaging his meat. I found this to be disturbing because after he was finished with all of that he returned to handling the meat without washing his hands.
