I rented the hall for a party and when all the contract signing was done and money was given in full, then I was asked for a security deposit in cash that is not written anywhere.Nothing specified as what the terms were..about what would it take to not get your deposit back...discussion occured like its a precaution on the owner if things get broken...and about 99% the deposit will be returned in full.
