I have contacted Dish Network numerous times asking why NEW customers can get reduced and special rates. Exisitng customers can get these "specials" only by upgrading existing service at an additional cost. Emailing customer service at Dish only gets me nowhere. They tell me to check the "specials" for existing customers. These are not "specials". They cost more than what I'm paying now. When questioned who I can talk to about the problem, my emails are then ignored. read full review »
