We took our 1-1/2 yr old Toshiba laptop to Comprite because it quit connecting to internet and we saw their advertisements for inexpensive flat rate computer repair. We figured it was a router problem, but they insisted it needed a whole new hard drive due to viruses, and we should also install their Trend security system, plus blah blah blah to the tune of $310.00.
